The following lands are protected with conservation easements donated by Mrs. Stephen Phillips and the Stephen Phillips Memorial Preserve Trust to RLHT.

1. A 3,092 acre parcel with 4 miles on both banks of the Kennebago River and over 2 miles of frontage on Cupsuptic Lake and Cloutman Pond.

2. A 778 acre parcel with 6,000 feet of frontage on Loon Lake.

3. A 2,000 acre parcel west of Mooselookmeguntic Lake including 8 miles of frontage, 10 islands, and Little Mud Pond.

4. 687 acre parcel on the east shore of Mooselookmeguntic Lake including all of Student's Island and one third of Toothaker Island with 5 miles of shore frontage.

The following lands have been protected through the cooperative efforts of conservation organizations, individuals, corporations, state and federal governments.

5. The 150 acre Rangeley River corridor acquired by RLHT from Union Water Power Co., with 2 miles of river and lake frontage.

6. The 1,953 acre Bald Mtn. tract purchased from International Paper by RLHT and sold with protective covenants to the State of Maine through the Land for Maine's Future Program.

7. A 1,257 acre parcel with 3.4 miles of frontage on Cupsuptic and Mooselookmeguntic Lakes, purchased by RLHT from Boise Cascade and protected with a conservation easement held by the U.S. Forest Service's Forest Legacy Program.

8. The 100 acre Hunter Cove Wildlife Sanctuary with over 3,000 feet of frontage owned by the Maine Audubon Society and managed by RLHT.

9. The State of Maine owns and the Bureau of Parks & Lands manages 22,806 acres on Mooselookmeguntic and Upper and Lower Richardson Lakes, including 20 miles of shorefront.
